No, nothing like that. However, I do have a small 10v fuse in a red enclosed box. I changed it out because it was a little corroded.

To state the obvious, you have a loss of continuity somewhere, open circuit.
Is the chassis ground cable making good contact to the frame?

Yes. When unplugged from shore power, my inside lights work fine. The things ran off the 12v system work great except the slideouts.

I had a similar issue with a stabilizer and it was one of those circuit breakers you showed a link for that were new but failed.

How did you check whether they were good or failed? Did they also affect your slideouts?

Ours are device specific, one for each 12V motor.

Tested both and they seem to be providing continuity. Still no slideouts or jack power…checked all the fuses inside, nothing broken. Plugged back in to shore power, converter is turning on like it should after I let the batteries run the lights for a while without shore power.
I am at a loss.

Fixed!
It was the hard breakers near the battery. I finally took them apart and found one of them was corroded because of water and rust making its way through the seal.
I bought two, replaced them and everything is working perfectly!
Thank you all so much for the assistance. As a result of your kindness and attention, I was able to solve the issue and I have much more confidence in the generosity of this group now.
God Bless!

Glad you resolved the issue and it was something both repairable and easily replaceable.

Um. I'm not sure what's going on, I'm a bit confused over your specific situation. But let me throw my 2 cents in by asking ...... by chance .... is your battery cut-off switch (the red gigantic key), in the "disconnect" position? That would keep the battery from charging. And, depending on how yours is wired, maybe the jacks and slides are by-passed the cut-off switch? Anything is possible. Double check battery cut off switch. Start simple before investing $$$ into the mix!
Good luck!
