Leveling jacks issues

Brand new keystone fuzion as of January 2020. Couple issues already. 1st is when retracting landing gear touch pad goes dead and restarts. I’ve been reading that replacing breaker to heavier ones will solve this. Is this true? 2nd issue. Did auto level in the yard to figure out how to do it, now leveling jacks won’t raise. Keypad functions of auto retract or manual mode do not work when push enter. It’s like the enter button does not work. What’s the fix for this? Thanks in advance

Are you connected to shore power? Battery voltage?

Be sure you have a fully charged battery AND are plugged into shore power when operating the leveling system. Same thing when extending/retracting the slideouts.

Leveling jacks issues

The battery reads 12.2 volts when trying to operate the jack system. Ours has the generator built-in so I guess I could try it with that running. It only has 1 battery also, I was thinking of adding another as well. Already replaced the battery with an interstate deep cycle as the new battery it came with was dead from the dealership and wouldn't hold a charge.

Your battery is almost depleted. Fully charge it and have your generator running. The level up system requires quite a bit of power. Let us know if that worked.

A "12 volt" battery is a misnomer. Here's a good write up on the "true" voltages VS the state of charge. https://www.energymatters.com.au/com...age-discharge/
