Jensen DVD, radio combo volume problem.

We can get the sound from our TV to come through the Jensen but we have the volume as loud as it can go and it's not loud enough. When we run the sound through the TV the volume is OK. Is there an easy solution for a couple that is electronically challenged?

I had the same issue when I ran the Jensen TV through the Jensen stereo system. Turned out to be the audio output of the TV, would work fine just using the TV but not through the stereo. TV sound finally went out all together, Jensen doesn't sell replacement parts. Was told by Jensen rep to toss it and buy a new one. Took it to a TV shop but they were unable to get the circuit board. Replaced it with a Toshiba LED TV, now the sound will blow you away. Good luck. Happy Campin..
