Therms fuse? Not familiar with that term but a fuse will "blow out" when the amperage draw on the circuit is higher than the amperage rating of the fuse. The amperage rating of the fuse is sized to protect the wire of the circuit. "Oversizing" the fuse can lead to wire damage and fire.
What's the correlation when the fuse blows? Does it blow when you turn on the fan or the light or ??? Either a device in the circuit is failing (drawing excessive amps) or the load has been altered (such as peplacing a light bulb with a higher wattage lamp), or the wire is touching ground. That is predicated on the proper sized fuse. Obviously if someone replaced the fuse with a lower value, say because it's all they had and didn’t follow up later replacing it with the correct sise.
What trailer do you have? The more info you share the better the responses. If you go up to the "UserCP" and add a signature with the year, make and model of your trailer and tow vehichle. This will result in more relevant responses without the back and forth questions to get to the basic information.
