Super slide issue

Hi, new to this forum so not sure if I am posting to the correct place. I have a 2011 Retreat 39FKSS that is parked on a seasonal lot in Manitoba Canada. The issue I am having is the rear part of the super slide (close to the bathroom) appears to have sunk into the floor about an inch or more. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. We close it up every winter so the slide appears to be working but I am in the process of replacing the flooring which cracked last winter and am worried that this will cause a problem.
