My hot water tank sprung a leak and now I need to find the gas and water shut off valve to the heater...any ideas. Also our power went out the other night due to a storm and came back on a couple of hours later but I dont have power to the 3 kitchen outlets and also across in the dinette slide and one outlet at the back where the couch is but on the same side of the unit as the slide. Microwave and fridge are fine in the kitchen and also the outlet outside above the door is fine.

Your fridge and microwave are on different AC breakers. The outlets are likely GFI and there will be at least one GFI outlet that may have tripped. Sometimes they can be a little tough to find. You can shut off water to the hot water tank with the bypass located on the rear of the hot water heater. You will need to remove a panel and find the bypass valve and there may be two. As has been noted, gas is shut off at the tank(s). Good luck. Oh yeah, you should be using an ELECTRICAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM; this will keep your electrical system inside the trailer from frying if there are issues with the power (outage, dips, surges, etc). Not sure if you have a 30A or 50A system but here is one for the 30A (I have this one myself).

As was mentioned, turn off the water at the feeding faucet and turn off the propane at the tank(s) to work on it. Depending on the location of the leak you may just need an new hwh. If it is a weld or seam in the tank replace it. You may be able to bypass the hwh with the valve(s) so you can have water while you replace the heater but you would have to look at the back of the hwh.

If the outlets tripped during/after the storm what were the conditions? Rain etc.? You may have a condition with an outside outlet, cable, cord or something like that causing the gfi plug to trip and not reset - or you may need to manually do that.
