Ram 3500

Traded the F-150 for one of these. 2018 Ram 3500 6.4 Harvest Edition.
Was looking for a Ford but this came up in my search.
3:73 gears, 3805# payload and lots of options.
Only 6 mos old with 8Ks on it. Deal was too hard to resist.

No it's the big Hemi. $10k more was above this old pensioner's reach.

Congratulations Joe!! That's a nice looking truck. The 6.4 will have no trouble with the trailer and I think you'll like the engine. I really like mine.

That's sharp and exactly what I am looking for (truck and options, except not white). Enjoy that beast.

Welcome to the RAM family and congrats on the new truck. The 6.4L Hemi is a workhorse of an engine and revs nicely throughout the power band. There is a member on one of the RAM enthusiast forums I belong to who is hot shotting with his 2015 RAM heavy duty. He's approaching 300,000 miles on his truck I believe. Original motor and tranny. He'll every so often post his new odometer reading. The only thing I wish I had in mine is the new 8 speed tranny FCA has "upfitted" the 5th gens with. Other than that, mine has performed well. Enjoy the new ride.

Joe, since you have defected to the ‘dark side,’ i might as well tell you that it is a great looking truck. I’m betting you get a good long term of service from it.

We recently traded in our Ford F250 for a 2015 3500 Dodge Dually. (Last year for no Diesel gas additive needed.
Very happy with Dodge; immediately got 3-4 MPG better, and all the foo-foos on the Laramy edition are heaven for us 'ol geezers. The dually gives us more of a secure feeling, as well. Hauling- smoothly- 2018 Cougar 279 RKSWE. YAY Dodge !
