WiFi booster

I’m living temporarily in a RV Park in my Cougar 27 SAB the Park has weak WiFi. What’s the best and most economical booster I can get?
Thanks

I'd first want to make sure that it is, in fact, a "weak signal" that is giving you your issue. Most/Many campgrounds, when full, have major bandwidth issues that won't be resolved no matter how good the actual signal is.
Unfortunately the only way you're likely to get a decent connection is to use mobile data via your phone or a mobile hotspot, or subscribe to a dedicated DSL or other wireless high speed connection.

Before spending several hundred on a booster confirm the data bandwith as Haleydodge suggested. Ask the cg office where the signal comes from, often it's the office or game room or could be an access point near one of the bath houses or sites. Go there, establish a good signal then go to one of the many sites that offer speed test and see what the download and upload speeds are.

Here is a free tool you can use to check the strength of your wi-fi signal. It's fairly intuitive to use and it shows all the various channels your computer can see.

The cheap route I went with is described starting at post #20 in this thread: http://www.keystoneforums.com/forums...t=26415&page=2

No regrets after a year of use.

I've used this site for years, http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest
They seem very reliable and reputable. JMHO
