So how would you fix this problem

This is my cougar that had delaminated before we bought it. It's to nice to get rid of it. So is there a easy way to fix this?

I would remove the Fiberglass (Filon) from mid frame of the window, from top and bottom all the way forward. Inspect the under layment or paneling and replace as needed. inspect for water damage and frame damage. Then put in a new piece of filon cut to fit. Glue it in place and the only seam to fill in would be at the window mid point top and bottom. a good body shop could make the seam invisible. It really is not hard it just takes time. get help if you have never worked with fiberglass or Filon.

Before we hook the cart in front of the horse we would want to insure COMPLETELY that the water leak is fixed. And also that any damage (i.e. mildew and mold) be repaired. Keep us in the loop on your progress. And the pictures help a lot.
