2015 Premier 30RIPR - Question for Owners of this Model

I'm wanting to install a fan-tastic fan in the vent above the kitchen area in my 30RIPR. I've heard some trailers may be pre-wired for a fan, even if it doesn't currently have a fan. My trailer is in storage right now and before I ordered a fan, I was curious if any of you that own the same trailer had attempted to do the same and noticed if it was pre-wired.

If it is pre-wired Camping World said it'd be like $25-50 to install depending on if I bought it from them or not. If not, it could be a couple hundred bucks to install depending on where they can tie in the electricity. Just buying the Ultra Sealant System for my TPO roof is like $50, so I'd rather CW deal with installing it, so I don't waste time and effort for the same price, but if they have to run wire, I'll just do it myself to save money.

I was hoping to save a trip over to the trailer to check it out because they are painting at the storage facility and my trailer is completely wrapped in plastic to protect it. Any help is appreciated.

Update: It looks like the vent wasn't pre-wired, but there were wires close enough for me to grab that were running to the LED lights. Looks like I can just splice and wire it up, which is huge.

Just an update here. I installed my Fantastic Vent this weekend in the kitchen area. The best route was to run a wire from the fan vent opening to the AC control and tie into the constant 12v supply. This wire was purple and white in my trailer, not sure if it'll be the same in other 2015 30RIPR's, but may be this post will offer some assistance to those looking to complete the same job as I just completed with less hassle in determining the 12v source.

BTW, the wire that Keystone told me was the constant 12v....was not the correct wire. That led to a lot of waste time and frustration, especially in 95 degree heat inside a trailer with no AC on cause I'm working on the electrical system. Good times!

That is good to know. Just a side note how does the trailer haul with the Tahoe? Would seem it is at its weight limit.

This fan better be as Fan-tastic as they say. With all that effort, I'm slightly regretting not just hiring someone to do it, but I'm proud that I got it done and I didn't ruin anything. My time spent was simply a learning experience. May be now I'll look forward to see how much improvement I can make if I decide to install another one in our bedroom vent.

Plus now I have an extra $150-$250 in my pocket. (luckily I'm not billing myself for my hours)

We have never put one in, never had the need plus I don't want to mess with fishing wires etc but for those who need them, it is good it can be done.

It does a good job. If I fully loaded the trailer, we'd be at or near the combined weight limit, but I rarely have anywhere near the max load. We had an 02 Tahoe and a 4' shorter, but similarly weighted trailer for 7 years and towed it all over the country with no problem. this trailer is new to me and I'm actually taking it to the scales tonight to check everything before we go driving back to MD on Thursday.
