33 res

are weight distribution and sway bars needed to haul my 33 res x-lite tt, overall length is 36

With a one ton dually it would be strongly recommended, with anything less, absolutely required !!!!! Like American Express, Don't leave home without it !!!!!

That was my initial thought also, but then, I had to ask myself, did some dealer really REALLY sell a novice an RV that's 36' long, that weighs 9600 lbs and let him drag it off the lot without sway control and a weight distribution hitch????

I'm thinking that dealership should be locked up and the key thrown away if they didn't stop that kind of unsafe action before it even left the lot. Hmmmmm

I just hope that we don't learn that he's towing it with a Jeep Liberty or a Tahoe

I'm towing a 30RLI (36 ft ball to bumper) with a Tundra. Likely a similar trailer to yours. I would not tow without WDH and Anti sway.
