Any good ideas for end of October near western Idaho?

We are trying to get in one last trip before we have to put the trailer away for he winter. Somewhere that wouldn't pose a problem getting back to western Idaho in early November would be nice. Our month of October has been interrupted by elk season, so the trip needs to be later in the month. Anyone have any good ideas? We are retired, so mid week is no problem.

Don't know if you are into gaming. Cactus Pete's in Jackpot, NV has a nice RV park at reasonable rates. The lower CG is the nicer of the two and they take reservations.

Lamoille Canyon near Elko, NV is a spectacular place. While passing through Elko stop at the Star Hotel for lunch or dinner. Its an old Basque place that has an incredible steak sandwich. They also make a classic Picon. Its going to be cold at night, but if winter delays like it can sometimes, early November in NV can be great weather. Right now, at 0630 AM, its 39dF at Elko.
