Wax - What type

In reading the blogs on waxing the old RV these two brands come highly recommended; does anyone have a preference on input on either,

1. P-38 RV, Boat & Aircraft Wax,
2. 3M-Marine Cleaner/Wax

I saw your post in another thread. It would seem that not many people use either wax you're considering, hence the lack of responses.

A search here will turn up tons of opinions. Some love NuFinish (I've tried it, but lots of work). I've used Collinite 845 (Easy to use). When I'm laziest (which is most of the time), I just spray and wipe with 303 Aerospace Protectant.

Meguiars NXT synthetic wax and Turtle Wax Ice for all the plastic. Both work very well. Rain-X on the windows. Due it twice a year, spring and fall. Used the 303 on the roof last year, may do that again this year.

get a porter cable or similar DA and go with Pinnacle XMT 360. It's an all in one cleaner/sealer designed for use with a DA. EASY!!! Get about 10 Lake Country 5" pads to apply. Entire set up will cost about $150, but save you years on your arms. By the way, a DA is very safe to use, especially the PC, impossible to damage your finish.
