Suburban Hot Water Tank

My hot water tank works on gas, but has stopped working on electric. The breaker isn't tripped. Turned off and back on, no help. The tank has two black rubber push buttons with a reset tag between them. Not sure if I done that properly or not. I didn't receive a manual from keystone, but waiting on one from Suburban. Any thoughts.

The heating element could be burned out. You can check it with a volt ohm meter. Take one of the wires off the element and measure ohms. Should be a few ohms. High ohms is bad.
