Torque specs for WD hitch assembly?

Getting ready to install the DC SC on our existing Reese trunion WD hitch.
In cas I need to raise or lower the ball mount, or change the angle of the hitch head, what do I torque the nuts back down to? This is for a 2" shank.
TIA!
