North from Florida
I had to create a new account, After 3 years of not being able to post and zero responses to numerous emails sent to the Admins I said "enough". Strangely enough I was able to PM members. So, if this posts my 3 years of frustration is over. First started RVing in 1989 with a Winnebago LeSharo. We moved on are now on our 3rd 5th wheel. This one is a 2004 Cougar 278EFS. It suits our purposes beautifully. Being homeported in Florida most of our camping has been in the cooler north in the summer.

Well glad you have your account issues sorted Friz. I have a 2002 Cougar 278EFS and am pretty familiar with the model. I have made MANY changes. I have a lifetime RV-Armor roof, dining table and chairs (Ikea), LazyBoy reclining loveseat, vinyl luxury plank floor, removed the chair and put a 14.5K btu portable A/C in its place, have a new 15K btu Dometic Brisk II on the roof, very dark tint windows, a Dometic 320 toilet (I hated the Thetford), a Stromberg Carlson articulated shower curtain, residential full queen 14" pillow top mattress, an articulating TV mount that comes out and swings toward us on the loveseat and still more to do to make the camper exactly like we like. Welcome!

I have experienced a similar problem. I can't remember my login password apparently, so I can't log in on my mobile device. Haven't been able to for 3 or 4 years now. I don't log off on my computer so I have access when I use it. I've sent email after email to reset the password but never have gotten a response. I guess if I ever get bumped off I'll do like you did and rejoin the forum under another name. Technology, gotta love it.....

Go to usercp, then settings & options, then edit email and passwords, change your password there.
