Raptor 352 fender issue

Seems like our driver side plastic fender (which is cut in half due to the slide out) is a little low, and I am concerned about the fender rubbing the tire during travel. It was suggested my leaf springs may be flat, so I’ve included a picture of the leaf springs on that side.

Suggestions?
