You can try some of the state parks. It has been many years but we used to get group or primitive campsites in Wharton or Bass River or Bull's Island. I would guess that the NJ State park website would give you a good idea. Camping in NJ State Parks. Enjoy our great state, Hank
Anywhere other than a state park I would think you would not be dry camping ... you would be TRESPASSING!
