6 Point Foot Replacement, torque issue.

Today I replaced 2 bent feet on my 6 point level up system. The bolts for the feet are supposed to be torqued to 132ftlbs. However the cylinders turned before I was even close. There was a warning to not let the cylinders turn or they might be damaged. I tried holding the cylinders while tightening but it didn’t work. Has anyone done this? Did I ruin those 2 legs? I did put lock tight on the bolts. They seemed to work properly when I auto leveled when finished.
