Hello everyone,
My Wife and I are from upstate New York in the Adirondack park, retiring on October 4th next year. Right now we are navigatiing selling our house and plan to move into our 5th wheel, Alvin, full time on May 1st. We purchased our 2012 Cougar High Country 299RKS about a year and a half ago and lived it in for 7 weeks to see what we needed and make sure we were happy full timing in the trailer. Well I must say the trial went well as neither of us wanted to move back to the house for the winter.

Thanks
Stuart

Welcome to the forum! Hope it all works out for you. You might have wanted to try staying in the RV for a while longer. We've never intended to live in an RV but we stay in ours 4-5 months at a time. It's all nice and fun until about the end of the 3rd month or the first week of the 4th month and then we both start missing not being able to spread out and be in a place big enough that each of us can do our own thing and not even know where the other is....I wish you luck in your new adventure.
