Ceiling speaker removal

Hi All!

Can anyone advise as to how to remove the ceiling speaker in our 195RB? The speaker is "blown", and we would like to replace both.

So far we have tried unscrewing, and pulling straight down (which caused considerable deflection of the ceiling board. If I KNEW the right way, I would be willing to apply additional "muscle", but not knowing...

THANKS!

Thank you, Chuckster! So, twist the metal ring counter-clockwise (?) 1/4 turn (?), then pull straight down?

Thanks, in advance for clarifying.
