Where is my spare tire cover

Just bought a 2019 bullet. There was no spare tire cover. Anyone get or not get one? Just curious if I need to hit my dealer up or just have to get one through keystone.

Seems like that should have come up before driving it off the lot. I would still call the dealer, regardless, and just assume it should have come with one and ask if they would send it to you.

Agreed. Honestly, there were several smaller packages in the pass through storage and in the OH cabinet, I figured it was in one if those. But I’ll hit up the dealer.

It may or may not have been included with the trailer, or, it could be like the one on this trailer. Came on it new and when I got the trailer home 55 miles away it was gone. The dealer did give me another one but it was so cheap and thin with a fit that was too loose. Ordered one from BestTop and it's still on there today and looks new 4 years later. I will add that I have a new white one that I'm going to put on after a suggestion of tire deterioration caused by the black cover from Cal if I recall. It's been in storage so no big deal but it comes out today and on goes the white one.

Yours is probably in the parts department waiting for you to purchase it. I can say that over the years, RV's come with less and less from the factory...Not just a Keystone thing I can assure you

They most likely did you a favor. The included spare cover is typically the same "high quality" like the "RV starter kit" is (that's the box with cheapo water hose, dump hose, etc. that the dealer "gives you".)

Starter kit IF GIVEN to you is built into the price....the dealership isn't "giving" you anything, And as an insider I can assure you that you aid more than it cost to put the kit together.

Ours didn’t come with one, nor was it supposed to. Just as well since it’s like those “free” mud flaps or dealer decal when you buy a car, just another place for the dealer to use you for free advertising. We bought a plain black cover on Amazon for $12. We bought the trailer wholesale in part because we didn’t want/need any of the budget crap they “give” you with the set-up or prep package.

I've got 2 Keystone tire covers (one from the Springdale and one from the Cougar) and a Camping World Tire cover (from the Springdale) and a Brewbaker's RV tire cover (from the Cougar). All 4 are folded up in a corner of the pole barn, I suppose waiting for a chipmunk or mouse to carry them away for bedding. My spare was moved from the bumper to a BAL spare carrier mounted under the trailer the first week.

If you were here, you could have your choice of any of the 4. All are "not worth the effort to pick them up (and they don't weigh enough to make that an effort at all).....

Buy a decent one, and as Danny suggested, buy white or a light color. Extreme heat (hot sun shining on a black cover) helps dry the oils out of the spare in short order.....

Be happy you got a tire and wheel. I bought a new trailer in 2006 that had no cover, no spare tire/wheel, and nowhere to even mount one.

I didn’t get one with my Hideout either.
Just as well as they tend to have some dealer decal. Unless I’m getting paid I’m not a rolling billboard.
My girls want an emoji cover so currently looking for one.

My DW scolds me & gets embarrassed when I tell the dealer I'm not advertising for free, so remove all decals, license plate covers or stickers before I leave the lot. Glad I'm not the only one that does that.

Lol. I don’t go that far. First thing I do when I get home is peel everything off though.

When I bought my last truck, I told the sales manager that I'd leave the dealership decals on my new truck as long as the oil changes were free, but the first time I drive into the dealership service department and they charge me for an oil change, I'm raising hell.... After signing the rest of the paperwork, the salesman and I walked out to the truck and the sales manager was stooped down by the tail gate, peeling off the stickers..... The looks I got !!!! and I appropriately grinned, saluted him and suggested he have a great day.....

Check out these guys. Yes, the product is pricey, but it's very high quality, with an actual rope cinch. They have dozens of designs, and if they don't have yours, they'll print it custom.

We refused to spend $60 for some of the custom tire covers out there. My DW wanted a Jack Russell dog cover. I bought the cheapo plain white cover from Amazon and got a $10 vinyl sticker off e-Bay. Presto, instant custom cover for under twenty bucks.

Sorry Thomas, but that is not a Jack Russell terrier. That dog is standing still, and Jack Russell terrier‘s never, but never, stand still.
