Remote control

I recently purchased a used repo 2010 Keystone Bullet camper. I did not get the remote for the slide outs, awning, and docking lights. How do I get a replacement remote that is programmed to my camper? What info do I need to provide and where can I buy this?

Are you sure a 2010 was originally equipped with a remote for those functions? I bought my 2015 Bullet new and the only remotes it came with were for the television and the Jensen entertainment system.

Look to see if you can find the receiving unit. It will have info about model. It may be attached to the roof of your storage area if so equipped.

I could be wrong on this, but I don't think any Bullet has ever had a remote control system. It's only been in the past couple years that the Premier (by Bullet) line has had "remote control stabilizers". I can't find any reference in any Keystone brochure or in any of the company press releases that indicate a "remote control system" as either a part of a package or as an optional equipment add-on.

That said, as Chip stated, if there is a remote control system on your specific trailer, typically the receiver section is attached to the roof or front wall, curb side of the front pass-through storage area.

My guess is that your trailer, being in the "pre-remote era" doesn't have a remote system.

My control unit is a black plastic "box", about 10"W x 8"H (best recollection) mounted on the front, driver side wall of the pass thru. But like the others, I don't think you will have one.
