why won't the remote for my slides work

the slides work fine from the control panel but the remote does not workl

Did you turn the remote controller on? Or maybe batteries?

You might need to be closer to the receiver.

Do other functions work from the remote? Have you programmed the unit to operate the slides? I do bot like mine, but if you call the manufacturer they are very helpful

I’d agree the battery on my 5er went bad and had to reprogram remote and sync it to camper the receiver was upside down in storage area so I snapped a picture so I could see what fuse each function was on.
