In command lost passcode

Got a TT with in command but I lost the passcode. I don’t use this RV often and I lost the passcode so I cannot get into the control panel. Is there anyway to reset the code or bypass. I cannot set the temp or much of anything else. I wish I didn’t have the system in it. But too late now. Any advise is appreciated.

Welcome to the forum

In command is an ASA (Jensen) product. I would call them and ask.

Did you try 0000 ? That is the default that comes when new.

In Command issue

Thanks for the replies. I finally called ASA today and got the straight answer I was needing.
To reset passcode when lost or forgotten, on the DC press 5 and hold until engineering shows, release then enter 391 that will allow menus to show up look in setting and then change passcode.
Thanks so much for ASA.

We just write it down on the repair order.

I may need to investigate - I would love to eliminate it in the RV.

We left ours at 0000 - my HVAC and In-Command isn't something I consider high-security lol.
