TST 510 Information Needed

Recieved the TST 510, acouple of days ago. I was wondering if I should just go ahead and install the accessory ant. or is the small one on the monitor OK. I will be monitoring the tires on a 38' fiver, from a long wheel base Ram. Thanks for the advice.

monitor antenna

I have the TST 507 system and a 35' TT. The antenna on the monitor does just fine.

I have a 40 foot 5th wheel and just use the small ant on the monitoring system and haven't had any problems.
