Storage and stabilizers up/down

Hi,
We pick up our new premier 31bhpr in a few weeks, then we will store it for a few weeks before we start to use it.

When storing the travel trailer, should I be doing any of the below (other then putting the tongue hitch down)

1) should I put the stabilizers down?

2) should I use wheel chocks? (Might get stolen)

3) turn battery disconnect off (I assume to turn it off else the batteries will die)

4) i assume its obvious to turn the propane off.

Any other items to do when leaving trailer in storage a few weeks between uses?

Thank you.

I use wood tire chocks so if they walk off no big deal. I am not away from the trailer for too much of an extended time. I now lock down my batteries and propane tank due to a recent theft. If you worry about chocks dissapearing you may want to also. It is recommended that you roll your tires if sitting long so they don't develop flat spots (I have never had that problem).
I turn off both the batteries and propane and use tire covers on the sunny side of the trailer. I also drain my FW (travel with about 5-8 gal) on leaving camp and WH when I return home.
I also use a hitch lock anytime I am unhitched.

On the stabilizers...My personal preference is to leave them up. My reasoning...If you have a tire lose air or go completely flat it could put too much stress on your frame in a single corner. There is really no need to leave them down.

I have never put the jacks down when in the yard. A tongue lock is a great idea if you are storing away from you. Disconnect and lock battery and shut off propane as long as fridge if off and lock tanks as well. There are a few more things to do when you store away from the house. Good luck.

I left my jacks up when I stored my camper. Mainly because the lot was covered in snow. I didn't want the melting pack to cause a shift and damage all the jacks.

I also disconnected and removed the battery and propane.

We put our rear stabilizers down when parked at the house in case we need to extend the slides in order to clean/restock etc. Kingpin locked, windows closed, bathroom vent (the one covered by the maxair) open.

I have stored my TT at the place I bought it for 15 years. When it is at the house I used the wheel chocks and the jack. Never the stabilizer jacks.
When I put it in storage they usually have rocks or boards laying around to use for wheel chocks then they store it and don't put down the jacks either.

You don't really need the jacks even if you are going to put the slide out. Mine had a long slide with the couch and dinette in it and if I was just cleaning I never put the jacks down.

I would leave the bathroom vent up at home just to let it air out.
