238ML bathroom

Has anyone here with a 238ML removed the access door under the tub to see what it looks like down there? I'm contemplating removing the tub and recreating it as a shower stall with new floor pan and sides. I'm thinking there might be some water lines run under there, but nothing structural or anything else hidden.

I think you are right about the water lines.
