One tire showing wear.

The front curbside tire on my 39ft Avalanche is showing some significant wear on the first 2-3 inches on the outside tread pattern. A bit less than 2500 miles. All other tires are wearing just fine... Very even. This tires inside is wearing the same as the other three. Would not the tire on the other end of the axle show wear as well? By significant, I would say the tread is almost 1/3 gone compared to the other side of the tire.
