Hello Forum

Hello all!
My wife and I just picked our 2023 Cougar 290RLS fifth wheel from Bish's RV in Coldwater, MI. GREAT experience!! Over the past 15 years we have graduated through a pop-up and several Travel Trailers. This is our first fifth wheel. (we refer to it as our next "last" RV). We are looking forward to taking advantage of the great info on this forum and sharing our experiences.

Must be cold up there in Minnesota! Do you have cold weather camping experience? (I don't but there is another post on this forum about a poor fella in Utah with his first camper that has turned into a frozen block of ice...). Anyway, hope you can get some good camping in! Welcome.

Hello Rich & Jody, and welcome!

Congrats on the new Cougar. We too worked our way up from tent camping, to a truck camper, then to a travel trailer and finally arriving at the fiver in our signature.

Enjoy your travels and stay safe!

Welcome to the forums and congrats on your Cougar!

Just an FYI .... If you haven't discovered it, "Josh the RV Nerd at Bish's RV" is probably the best YouTube channel going for the latest information on the latest RV's being manufactured. I've been watching "Josh" for years now and I enjoy every one of his presentations. He also has videos on tips and lots of RV information on his channel too. You picked a great RV dealership to purchase your camper from. Enjoy and Happy Camping! Josh ... Click here.

From Utah!!
I'm NOT that frozen guy that George referred to. I winterize the Cougar for the 6 months of winter and enjoy other cold weather activities.
This is a fun group with lots of experience, all willing to help with any questions.
BTW, it was 3 degrees here this morning.

I referred to the OP in the "Frozen Sewer Pipe" thread. He is a first timer getting a crash course in camping in cold weather.

Coldwater!

I mostly lurk, but occasionally something catches my eye to add some "non-value", but welcome anyways! Many years ago I worked in Coldwater- selling toys over at Planet Powersports. Made the drive in from Angola each workday.

Anyway...had a case of "small world syndrome" and had to type...
