Grey Water Drain Pipe

Today I noticed a crack in my grey water drain pipe just past the dump valve.
I would like to know if the black pipe used is the same sizes as white schedule 40 PVC found at the home centers, and can you use the same glue to repair it?

Drain pipes are black ABS. Pipe, fittings and glue can be found at the big box store.

If there is room, just cut the pipe before the crack, glue a union and then re attach the drain pipe.

ABS & PVC are 2 different types of pipe each requiring specific glues.
Personally I would not mix the 2, but your rv, your $$, your choice.

I would attempt a repair with ABS cement and fiberglass mat. Cement, then fiberglass, then more cement.

Make sure you clean the surface real good before applying any glue.
