Amazon tires
bought a new set of Nexian tires for my Ram promaster ..ordered 4 tires at 10:58 am yesterday…they were supposed to be here friday ( i thought that was good)…arrived today at 12:20 pm instead…. little over 24 hours later and a very good price.
i bought my Carlyle radial trail hd tires a few months ago the same way. It was interesting to note that they use white chalk to highlight the date codes and all were from a few months ago. guess they do that to prevent outdated tires getting in the mix..probably have different colors for months or years
They also gave the option to have them delivered to a bunch of local tire places to mount them for $19
I’m really impressed with the service and quick turnaround time and thought i’d pass it along.
I mainly purchase from Amazon Prime and not resellers

Amazon is trying to put everyone out of business. They’re doing a good job of making it difficult not to buy from them.

i get it and i don’t like the thought of a monopoly but lately going to the store is no picnic…fuel prices are high and a general lack of customer service is making me not look forward to driving all over to purchase things and THEN have to act as an employee of the store and check out and bag all my own stuff lol…while two actual employees stand there and chat with each other

Trust me, I buy A LOT from Amazon. I’m not complaining about them at all. It just amazes me how they’ve pretty much taken over everything. Even have the USPS delivering for them on Sundays. Walmart is trying to do similar stuff to compete, that’s why they purchase JET, it just hasn’t taken off as well as Amazon yet.

The Amazon prices appear to be more expensive than local shops like Discount Tire.

I found my LT275/70R18 tires to be significantly higher on Amazon which surprised me. Until you posted it I wasn't even aware Amazon sold tires, but I suppose I'm not surprised. I but lots from them.
Edit: I rechecked the Michelin and Discount Tire was only $2 less. Not significant.

I bought my Carlisle tire from Amazon in Feb of this year. They were cheaper than anywhere else then. Don't know about now, when they arrived the date code indicated they were 7 to 8 weeks old. Just my experience then.

I purchased a set of Carlisle tires from Walmart for $111.00 each. They were delivered to my local Walmart with no charge for mounting.
I have learned that not all tire mounting is free with tire purchases made at Walmart and balancing is never free. So best to check before-hand.

I chose to buy American Tires from a Local Tire Store. I'm happy with my purchase.

I try to avoid Amazon as much as possible, as they tend to be higher than a lot of places, especially since they now charge sales tax.
I did some looking for your tire size and found them on Ebay, with free shipping for $145.99, and no sales tax for my state.

Do they all look like that? What did the tires that they replaced look like? Who installed them and most importantly how did the jack it up? For that to happen in that short of time would lead me to beleive the axle(s) are bent.

Are we looking at one tire or 3? All of them look like this? One? If they've only been on the ground approx. 3 weeks you've got a big problem (not the tires) even if you've been towing every day. How did you get to these pictures from new tires??

You need an alignment at the very least & possibly other issues to look into.

I am with Marshall. If that happened in three weeks it is not the tires. But also curious, all four tires that way? How many miles of towing? WHO installed them? Jacking up a travel trailer is not like jacking up a car.
Also curious, what is the date of manufacture on those tires?
Really sorry for the problems you are having , AND the problems that may be in front of you now.
Let us know.

OP signed off at 9:55 pm yesterday. Hopefully he'll sign on this evening and share some more information.

OP - its not gonna matter what tire you install.. You've got some serious axle alignment issues...
I just ran the last set for 7 years before replacing with new Sailuns.. Carlisle is a good tire as well
