Jensen Radio

I have a 2010 cougar with a Jensen radio. Last week had it on and all of a sudden speakers shut off. ABC all quit working. Was on low volume when it quit. I have unplugged unit from 30 amp and also disconnected battery hoping to reset. Radio still comes on just no sound. Any suggestions???

Do you have a model number from the radio?

Specifics for model would help. There is probably an internal fuse that's blown (if you're lucky) or the amplifier finally let all its "magic smoke" out, and it won't ever work again.....

Crazy the radio quit while camping brought home plugged in again. Nothing. Been parked for a week I post on site and then come out to get model number and thought one more try and it starts working. Nothing has changed!! Model is AWM970

Have you pulled it out to check all the connections on the back?
