Water in tank but not in faucets!

Hey all. I've had my Passport 2400BH for a few years now and haven't had any issues. Yesterday we filled the fresh water tank, turned on the pump, but nothing comes out of any of the faucets. No water is getting into the hot water tank either. All drains are closed. Pump sounds fine but don't know if that has something to do with it. There seems to be a tiny leak coming from under the trailer but I will have to pull off the cover to further inspect.
Still going to try to figure things out but if anyone has any ideas what the problem could be, please let me know.
Couldn't find anything in the threads although I'm sure it's in here somewhere!
Thank you!

I would start with getting to the pump. It has fittings of course that could be leaking or the screen could be plugged. My questions to you have you ran the pump before and does it sound the same as last time also did you do a complete dewinteriztion.

First does the pump ever stop running? If it doesn't it could be sucking air (a leak in the intake), or it could be clogged with debris, or leaking out before it gets to the faucets. Bottom line, find find the pump and investigate.

First, when was the last time it worked properly?

If it was last fall when you winterized, there's an entirely different "troubleshooting sequence" than if it was working last Thursday, but stopped working yesterday....

Details on what the pump sounds like, related to what it sounded like the last time it worked properly, anything YOU did between that last successful event and now, any connections, disconnections of plumbing and anything that might be associated ?????

Do you have a flip-over-switch to switch from regular water from the pump (fresh water tank) and "winterize". It's possible you are flipped over to "winterize". You wouldn't know this if you were running from a garden hose hook up, but you will see and hear a difference if you are running from your water pump and fresh water tank, especially if you are in "winterize" mode.

I would check the pump. It is located in the bedside cabinet. Check the hose connections carefully. They could be loose or a critter could have chewed a hole in the pipe, or you could have sucked debris into the line that is clogging the pump.

It was the pump...

Looks like the pump was damaged. I got it replaced and now everything is working fine. I was told to get a filter for the fresh water tank so that's on the list now. I'm going to try to take apart the old one and see if I can clean it out or find the problem there.
Thanks for everyone's input.

I had this happen and after fixing the older pump (bits of plastic in there) I rigged it up for use as a transfer pump. It beats lifting jugs to gravity feed the fresh water tank.
