Do you have power anywhere in the coach?

Welcome to the forum
If you have no power then the first thing to look for is a battery disconnect switch. There are a few different styles and they aren’t always in the same place.
There is a big “key” type that requires the key to be in and turned. There is a simple push/pull round handle and there is a rotary dial.
Look in the battery compartment, or the convenience center. I’ve seen them on the front frame, and inside near the door close to the floor.

Welcome to the forum. First a few questions. Are you new to RV ownership or just fith wheelers? Did it ever work? Does any 12vdc device work like landing gear or slides? Is it plugged into 120v ac? As you are new to the camper it begs the question, did the dealer or PO (previous owner) explain how things work or show you where things are? If not, then grab a fkashlight and get ready to "explore". As has been stated my first thought is also to look for a battery disconnect. Follow the battery leads from the battery, first making sure they are connected at the battery.
While you're in the battery compartment test the batteries with a multimeter. If you don't own one then buy one and learn how to use. It's an essential tool for RV ownership. Check the voltage at the battery and post tha back. Also note the number of batteries and take a pic of any labels on them and post back.

So I just hooked up to the batteries with a jump box and that turned everything that wasn’t on back on and gave me the ability to start my generator, with my generator everything else runs, my question is in regards to that fact that I’m plugged in to all time power on a 30amp service shouldnt everything be ran from the all time power why does some things need the batteries for power? And if so won’t they keep dying from usage?

Is it possible your batteries are just dead-dead? Maybe they're shorting out your 12V system.
If you're plugged into shore power, try disconnecting the ground terminal on your batteries and see if your converter then begins to run your 12V systems. (It won't run the "big surge" systems like slides or levelers, but it should run lights, fridge, furnace, detectors, panels, and everything else.)

Obviously the batteries are completly discharged and likely need to be replaced. Remove them and take them to just about any autoparts store and they will load test them for you N/C. Then when you get that sorted it's time to check the converter to make sure it's charging the batteries.

If your trailer is 50A service, we’re you using an adapter? If so it’s possible that 1 leg wasn’t getting power for your converter to charge.
