A/C condensation dripping inside cabin
I have a Hideout 178LHS TT, 2018 model. This particular model has a PD brand 8000 BTU window-style A/C unit installed in the side wall instead of on the roof. Keystone built a particle board/paneling material housing to mount the unit, where only 1"-2" protrudes to the outside. Within this construction, the A/C side vents are actually in the box instead of being able to exhaust to the outside. In higher-humidity areas, this allows these vents to blow condensate inside the box, and the accumulation seeps into the box and leaks to the floor. Please excuse the lengthy narrative, but my question is: has anyone else who owns a Keystone unit with an A/C side-wall installation experienced this issue? I am hoping I'm not the only one with this issue.
