Question as to what these are...new to TT.

Can someone tell me what these are? This thing didn't come with a manual and online searching has been no help. I appreciate any help! Thank you so much!

Depending on what you are referring to, those are blades of grass, stacked bricks or one of your two stabilizer jacks. The white things hanging down in the photo may be the hot and cold low point drains. They drain all the water out of the trailers plumbing for winterization.

I would concur that those are low point drains....under a stabilizer that looks like it needs to be deployed??

Yeah drains.
That stabilizer needs some brushing and black paint. Most likely some oil/grease/never seize on the threads and pivot points.
