2011 Salem wires

We bought a used 2011 Salem Cruise lite backpack edition . It didn't come with a standard refrigerator. So in that spot is some exposed wires ,one if those are cut .We have no clue what they are to . I've have attached a photograph of them .Any clues would be greatly appreciated.

Just a guess but most rv fridges are electric/LP gas and require 12v dc for the controls and 120v ac for an electric heating element to run on sjorenpower.
