Super bowl

Planing on making chicken wings for the game I looked up on line how to cook them and found hundreds of recipes well being in management all my life I came to a quick decision.. My DW will take care of the chicken winds and I'll take care of the adult beverages...LOL
I hope everyone has a safe and fun Super bowl day.
Go Broncos

We were going the have a SB party with 4 generations of the family but then the grandkids got sick so that plan fell through. So DW decided that I should fix up some chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, pan gravy and green beans. If I'm feeling good I might even make some scratch biscuits for sopping up the gravy.

We're having a party with the wife's family. Problem is her sister and niece both got back from Mexico on Friday and both are sick. The wife's mom is 90 and we can't let her get sick. The sister and niece haven't said they're not coming, so we're trying to decide how to ask them not to. I hate family politics.

GO BRONCOS!

Chili, wings, ribs, tacos with a Lipitor chaser. We are ready for the game here in the home of the Super Bowl, NEW JERSEY. I think Peyton and the boys will do what they came for.

No plans, not sure how much I will watch. The season was over once the Patriots lost. As long as Manning loses, all will be good.

It's just my GF and myself. I'm making a batch of ham wheels and some black bean and meat dip. Probably not much else other than some vino.

Charger season ticket holder for 23 years so won't be rooting for a Manning (yes still bitter Archie even if you were right)!

Number of posts submitted during 1st half = 0 ( Members glued to TV set - not interested in forum)
Number of posts submitted at half time = 6 (Member's interest in game fading - forum looking good)

Are we giving up on the game?

A bit later on..........
Seattle 43 Denver 8 and the game isn't over yet. Lots of members logged into forum now!

Game's over. More excitement on the forum.

Has anybody seen what channel they changed the football game to? I've been watching FOX and all I've seen is commercials and a bunch of guys running around in a pasture..... Where's the football game?

Well at least it was an excuse to pop the sides out on the new trailer and watch half the game from there with the furnace and fridge going. Heh. We can hardly wait to use it, so we just went out there and tried out the recliners until halftime. Haha.

We'd have watched the whole thing out there but we came in the house to grab pizza at halftime and we gave up at that kickoff return...
