2021 keystone Cougar HVAC issue

I have an issue hope someone can help me with my front ac works when it wants to i can have it off and it will come on and run good but when i turn it on it half the time don't come on?

We received a terminator for the HVAC control loop that had to be plugged into the front AC so that the system would operate correctly. With the "Smart System" controlling everything, the loop needs to be closed at the final device, normally this is the front AC. Not sure, but your issue might be the same thing. We received ours in the mail unexpectedly from Keystone, announcing that it was a warranty recall issue along with instructions on where to plug it in!
