I have a 2013 Keystone Alpine and the slides have never came in level. Always the bottom hits way before then the top sucks in! Thought it was normal. Mine are hydraulic
Your 2013 Alpine hydraulic slide outs are working EXACTLY as they should. The bottom of the slide out will ALWAY contact the inside wall first and then the top section of the slide out will mate against the wall

If they are sealed all around on the inside when open and sealed on outside all the way around when closed leave the slide out adjustments alone...

My 2014 Alpine has never required an adjustment on any of the three hydraulic slide outs in seven seasons of use

I agree. Hydraulic slides act different from electric when moving.

While I can’t state that ALL hydraulic slide outs on different RV units function the same I can clearly state that on ALL Alpines the hydraulic slide outs TILT on an angle due to the slide out ramp the bottom of the slide out rides on during initial motion either IN or OUT...

This is why the bottom of the Alpine slide outs (Hydraulic) only as some newer Alpines have both hydraulic and electric slide outs will always seal at bottom first when extending followed by top of slide sealing last

This is due to the bottom of the slide coming off the ramp underneath. This is also why you have to watch the position of the overhead ceiling fan blades when bringing in the slide outs..

The initial tipping motion will catch a fan blade if they are not in a clear position to allow top of slide facia to clear fan blades while it makes its tipping motion.

Pic is typical nylon ramp located underneath each hydraulic slide out that slide rides up on during motion and then drops down off off as it nears end of travel.

I posted earlier today, and just found this thread after visiting my RV dealer to purchase a new rubber seal.

My 2014 Alpine 3010RE is leaking over the dinette slide. Originally we thought we needed to replace the outside rubber seal but dealer told us the rubber seal should be fine since our unit is only 6 years old.

He suggested we adjust the slide out from the underneath since there is a spot right in the middle (of the dinette slide) where the rubber does not touch the top of the slide. And he also had us purchase some rubber seal slide conditioner to see if the helps soften the rubber so it seals properly.

How do we adjust the slide?
Anything we need to know before we give it a try tomorrow, after the storm passes. (we have a big old silver tarp over the slide tonight, hoping to keep the water out).

Thank you for all your advice....We really appreciate it over the past 6 years.

P.S. Threatened my other 1/2 we were trading in the Alpine for a motorhome today...almost got my way tooi😎
