Interior door vinyl

I have a 2019 29 RKS that the bathroom door vinyl keeps rolling off. Up until now I’ve just gorilla glued it back on. This time a piece shredded. Is there anywhere I can buy replacement vinyl? It’s that grayish brown wood pattern and none of the regular colors in the stores are a match. Does Keystone sell it? I’m willing to do the work-just don’t know where to find the product.

Welcome to the forum.

Since it’s a 2019 trailer, it should be a warranty item. I would send pics to the dealer, have them get the repair authorized and when they get the parts, take it in. Dealer should be able to do it as a “waiter”.

Thanks Chuckster but I’m trying to avoid the dealer. I took it in for a plumbing elbow ( just got it back) and it took a month. Im in sunny southern Az and this is prime camping weather so I don’t want the trailer back in jail

As Chuck said, you should be able to either send the dealer photos and get the warranty claim started or, at worst, take the trailer to them for inspection (without unhitching) so they can get the ball rolling. Then, when camping season is over or when you have no plans to use the trailer, drop it off for repairs (only after the dealership informs you all the parts are on hand)…..

I don't blame you, I wouldn't leave it at the dealership for a cosmetic issue either.... They should work with you to get parts ordered without you leaving the trailer.

MAKE SURE YOU SET IT UP AS A "YOU CAN HAVE IT FOR AN HOUR TO TAKE PHOTOS" KIND OF APPOINTMENT.

If the service writer won't set it up that way, go over his head, as far above his "pay grade" as you need to go. They DO NOT NEED your trailer as hostage for this kind of inspection to start a warranty claim.

Thanks. I tried that last time I took it in. “Look at what you need-call me when you are ready for it” It was a no go. I’m going to see if Keystone approves anyone else in town for warranty work.

I wonder what thier reasoning was. I would think any decent dealer would rather you store it at your house and not the service lot. As suggested, talk to the service mgr again and then his boss.
