Furnace noises

When I turn my furnace on I can hear a clicking sound and it goes on for quite a while before the firman was actually kicks on, when it does kick on it does heat the camper to the temp I have it set at and then when it turns off the fan blows for a while with the clicking sound still happening. And the propane bottle is filled. What could this be?

Mine was doing something similar to that. Sounded like an egg frying in a pan. I had a weak fuse, replaced it and fixed it.

Just a guess- the clicking is normal when the furnace tries to light a flame. When the set temp is reached it is also normal for the furnace fan to run and cool off the plenum. Maybe the clicking at the end is just the metal cooling off? Is the final clicking rhythmic like the first clicking?
