Maxxfan

Hello,
When I turn on my battery switch my maxxair fan come on but the lid dosen't open, when I go to the switch to turn it off it say on you can open and close the and change the speeds now after 30mins of run time you can turn the fan off. Do I need to replace the switch.. Thank you

If it is a remote control fan it could be the circuit board or even a bad connection.
I would contact Maxxfan first. They should be able to help.
