Salt lake city rv parks

So our Alaska trip ended with a blown engine, so we were thinking of going around the western states, up to Salmon Idaho, and down the west coast. Anyone have a fun place to stay near the Great Salt Lake?
Thanks,
Bob.

We stayed at the SLC KOA. Spa, warm pool. Free tours of Mormon church. We went to see the HUGE organ and the architecture. Could have done without the pressure to convert.

Park was very nice, staff was friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Agree with chuckster57 about SLC KOA.

A visit to Antelope Island is a great day trip and for Mexican food try the Red Iguana east of the KOA.

Check out Cherry Hills or Lagoon. Can't recommend Pony Express. We stayed there one night and it was a big stretch for our sewer hose and the 50 amp cable.
