Does the door on the Passport 2400BH only open halfway?

Meaning is it on a piston or not? My Premier has the piston which I did not think I would like but it has not been an issue.

Yes the 2400BH entry door is on a piston and it only opens about 90 degrees.

We didn't like it that way and just pulled the retaining clip and piston off the door. Then I installed a door catch to hold the door open. much better
