pin box bolts

does any one know or know where to find the pin box bolts Torque value? I may want to drop my trailer down at least one hole, as it sets just slightly nose high on my brand new Sierra 2500hd.

If you can tell me the specs on the bolts I can tell you the torque. Need to know...

1) grade, 2) diameter, 3) threads per inch (standard or fine thread)

I replaced my pin box this year with a TrailAir pin box. The instructions stated to re-use the existing fasteners, if they were not damage. The torque value was 160 +/- 20 ft lbs in the instructions provided. I torqued them to 150 Ft Lbs since this was all my clicker style torque wrench went too. I have checked them twice after I torqued them using the static torque value instead of the dynamic value given. They have not loosen up since I installed my new pin box.
