5th Wheel Suspension

Does anyone have experience with maintenance/repair of 5th Wheel springs, shackles, equalizers? I have a 2006 Everest 295 with about 35-K miles. I can see some wear on the shackles and some wrinkling of the rubber equalizer. At what point in the life of a 5er should replacement of these components be necessary?

Suspension

We had a 2007 Mountaineer before our Alpine and after about 10,000 miles it was time to replace them all. This is what I used for the replacement, you may want to check out the numbers to make sure, just what I did.
