Guess you just have to stand on your head to see these. They aren't upside down on my computer. I rotated them upside down and tried again, still came out upside down, so I rotated them back and just went ahead and loaded them.

Looks like a fairly straight forward procedure.

Do you plan on installing the trailing arms too or are the lateral links all that is needed due to the wheel chocks holding fore and aft movement to a minimum?

Debbie commented on the amount of movement without any stabilizers.

Yes, I have another set, just havent installed them yet. Probably both will be fore and aft, one in the back and one in the front.

They make a substantial difference, I highly recommend them, regardless of the brand you use, stabilizer bars are the way to go. There are no wheel chocks anywhere that can reduce the amount of movement the stabilizer bars can. Once installed, it is only a matter of locking and unlocking them, no trouble at all. I'm going to weld a small bar across the bolts so I can lock/unlock by hand and not have to use a wrench (hand tight is all they need).

For the stabilizer mounting point on the trailer, did you just drill into the metal on the back of the frame? Any concerns about drilling into anything important? I'm not sure if anything is beyond that area, since the coroplast blocks the view.

Mike, our 2890 has the LED lights under the awning from the factory.

Am I too tall or what is the deal with the awning support not being at lest 6'3" off the ground. I'm 5'11" and I smacked my head on the rear support 5 times this weekend. Usually when coming off the rear step and going towards the rear of the trailer.

DW didn't notice the trailer rocking too bad unless she is stationary and I climb in or out. May have to do the stabilizer bars eventually.

And what is with the faucets not turning on/off correctly(like a home faucet)?

Ours didn't come with the LEDs under the awning. And yes, you have to watch those awning supports. I didn't think much about the faucets, but everytime I turn them on, I always turn them the wrong way first.

The stabilizer bars really work, at just $75 a pair and 30 minutes work to install them, I would highly recommend you putting at least one set on.

Ok, so it isn't just my awning. Thanks Mike!

I can also let you know that if you are in the shower and the DW flushes, you will find yourself stuck to the glass shower like a tree frog trying to flee the heat.

Glad nobody got a pic of that.

Reviving this old thread as I've just bought a 2019 2890RL and would like to meet others who have one.
