Electric Tonque Jack

I'm unable to locate any maintenance information for my Ultrafab electric tongue jack. Does anyone know if it should be greased periodically and if so how? It is starting to run a little rough.

I have an Ultra-Fab 3002 jack and here's the manual for it that also outlines the lubrication procedure: http://eaa1358.com/Passport/Ultra_Fa...operation1.pdf you can also go to my homepage and open the folder on "ultra-fab" to see other files that I have posted.
